• Is not a rating agency
• Is not a legal authority
• Does not guarantee payment recovery

2. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use Dotko only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Reporting Responsibility

When submitting a report, you confirm that:

• The information is true to the best of your knowledge
• You have supporting documents
• You understand false or malicious reporting may result in suspension or termination

Dotko does not independently verify every claim.

4. Appeal & Resolution Process

• Buyers are provided a defined time window to appeal
• Resolution outcomes are determined by parties involved

5. Ratings & Trust Scores

• Ratings are system-generated based on platform events
• Trust Scores are indicative, not definitive
• Scores may change over time based on behavior and resolution

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Submit false or defamatory information
• Harass or threaten other users
• Upload forged or misleading documents
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or scores

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Dotko reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
• Restrict access without prior notice in case of violations

8. Limitation of Liability

Dotko shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Payment defaults
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions taken by users based on platform information

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Bangalore.
